This six-month program was designed for professional women of color in need of one-on-one coaching tailored specifically for their desired outcomes. Through weekly coaching calls, you’ll partner with Jessica to unpack what’s holding you back and develop actionable strategies that are for sure to help you level up in your career.
What’s unique about this program, unlike other career coaching programs, is Jessica helps you create the plan and is with you for the following months as your support and accountability partner. Why is that? Because setting goals is the easy part. Bringing them to fruition takes time, practice, and accountability.
THE PROCESS
Step 1: You’ll work with Jessica to align on where you need support based on the thoughts and beliefs that hold you back from having the life and career you want.
Step 2: Next, you’ll spend time getting clear on what you want and why you want it. You’ll learn how to set goals and clarify the ‘why’ behind them. The outcome will be to have three goals and an action plan to make your desired results a reality.
Step 3: Based on where you need support, the two of you will go deep on addressing things such as navigating corporate as a woman of color, how to have tough and effective conversations, and more!
Step 4: The remainder of your weekly coaching sessions are used to discuss progress, refine your custom career goals, and work through any obstacles you face at the moment.

By helping them to make the most of their strengths, I provide the support they need to achieve long-lasting change by holding them accountable.
